You know I hardly make it to VA. I visit NC and SC a lot. When I come to VA I'm usually at Busch Gardens or kings Dominion. Never really there to do anything extensive that I have needed to visit a mall or grocery store... That cracks me up... stupid little farter cars need their own parking spots LOL

I think it is hilarious. I use 'em anyway as long as it doesn't say towing enforced. If I feel frisky I will plug in the block heater
