Floor Jack

Hey all, I'm looking into buying a floor jack for lifting my GC2014, I read all the posts about the lifting points and made some searches... but I'm looking to find out what is the lift in inches required from the jack itself? Will pretty much any model of floor jack do? Thanks for your feedback!

Re: Floor Jack

I have a Motomaster 3 ton aluminum steel jack with a lift range of 3-3/4 to 19-1/4" and it does fine with the GC.

The creeper/stand/jack kit is nice.
I use the 4 ton high lift Craftsman, but bought when a local sears was closing.

Pick up a few hockey pucks, you can dremel a groove in them for the front, and leave a bump for the jack point in the rear. So cheap if you need to try a few times, big woop, just chuck the rejects at the neighbors.
