Oh it will. All it takes is for a fire or accident at a refinery and the prices always rise. I swear the refineries take turns and plan for these mishaps on purpose.

Re: For those who drive a Hemi 5.7

Thanks to a bad torque converter (and my Lifetime Maxcare coverage) I've been driving a rental 2015 Limited V6. I have a 2011 Overland HEMI. I am enjoying all the new stuff of the '15 (radio, HUD, LED DRLS, etc) but the difference in power is very noticeable. Miss my V8 ☹️

This is very true..."how" one drives is going to highlight or not highlight the differences.

I'm not a race car driver and I can tell the difference haha. I picked up my '16 with the Hemi last night...just on the drive home, I could absolutely tell the difference between the V6 and the V8. Unless you're driving like Miss Daisy, I dunno how you can't tell!

Re: For those who drive a Hemi 5.7

My opinion, the V6 is quick....light weight and nimble. The V8 is powerful....heavy but fast. In addition, my HEMI has 20's and the V6 loaner has 18's....that also makes a difference.

I wonder if the 8spd V6 is quicker than the 5/6spd V8?

How exactly would 18s vs 20s make a difference? Keep in mind they both have the same overall diameter.
