So after 2+ months of having a strange navigation/clock/radio issue that my dealer, Chrysler engineers, and whoever else couldn't fix they finally authorized replacement of my 8.4AN. Without any prompting from me, the case manager said when we first spoke towards the end of November he will be giving me an extended warranty and that depending on the circumstances could be different levels.
Is there one that you guys would recommend I ask for? Do you know if they have extended bumper to bumper or if it's just other things? Any suggestions or talking points on it are appreciated.
Trucks in the shop tonight for service tomorrow and case manager will call me Monday so I'd like to have some sort of idea what to ask for.

Might as well start at the top...Lifetime Maximum Care, deductibles are $50 and up, most opt for $100 deductible when paying for the plan but might as well as go for the $50 as a starter.
They had to replace my 8.4AN and it didn't solve my gremlins that I am still chasing so good luck on this solving the issues. IMHO they are throwing parts at software problems in a lot of cases.
They did software updates, flashes, but the radio just does stupid things.. Nav drops connection to all satellites and/or clock stops advancing and/or nav starts displaying crazy characters instead of the street names plus other things but after its sitting for hours and started up it knows exactly where it's at and what time it is so I assumed software vs hardware as well. I try to think positive and each time they attempt something it'll be fixed but then I remember who I'm dealing with...
Side note, the response on the 8.4 screen in the Chrysler 300 they gave me for a loaner is a lot better than the Jeep.
Thanks for your input, we'll see how it works out.
