Front fender.....

When I was washing the Jeep Saturday I noticed that the seam between the driver side fender and door are not evenly flush. In other words, the fender sticks out slightly and you can feel it if you slide your finger over the seam. You can't notice it by looking at it unless you're really up close, so not a big deal. Passenger side is better but still not even. Can you guys check yours if this is normal and post what you notice? Pic is below. Thanks!

I'm sure they fixed it as best they could after it fell off the delivery truck

A Lexus owner hit it with a hammer.

Re: Front fender.....

A Mercedes executive kicked the panel aligner while being escorted out of the factory?

Seriously, I'd want to know if others are the same too, but my WJ has exactly the same kind of slight misalignment. You won't notice it a month from now (and nobody else ever will either).

Re: Front fender.....

So if you don't lovingly fondle and caress every seam, would it be noticeable?

Cause I was planning on doing so.

Re: Front fender.....

Mine is the same, but as others have said it isn't a big deal. I'm more impressed that all of the seams are straight and the spacing between the various panels is the same from top to bottom.
