My dealer says that the parts department has nothing available at this time to fix the situation. What are the rest of you doing, or have your dealers come up with a solution?
My dealer mounted my plate to the front bumper for me while I was there for a warranty item. When I got home I improved on it using the process shared by member mhassler in this post:
I had a license frame with 4 holes, so I just used universal plastic trim panel connectors and pushed them into the unused lower holes for a finished look (attached). It keeps the license tightly attached to the frame so there's no rattling or space for crud to collect.
