Re: Future WK2 Improvements: What would you like to see?

do we have any idea yet if the 2012 LED lights can be retrofitted to the 2011s?

Turbo V6. And don't release it until bugs are fixed. This HEMI shudder problem is ridiculous.

What shudder problem? I don't have one?

I will say this the TSB for the ESC is awesome better throttle response, better shifting up and down and there is less wheel slippage and more "GO" in the "snow mode".

Well nobody would really know right now except for the engineers themselves, but im willing to bet since obviously the body itself isnt changing that the newer 2012+ lights will have to be able to mount exactly the same as the original 2011 lights. So I think mounting them will be a simple swap but if any of the connections and harnesses are different thats another story.

Re: Future WK2 Improvements: What would you like to see?

1. turbo Diesel engine option...new "clean" diesel type
2. 6-8 speed auto transmission

minor upgrade suggestions:
1. fixed, lit push button for start
2. side warning as a single option

Re: Future WK2 Improvements: What would you like to see?

Is the twin turbo Pentastar actually in the works?

I would be all over that.

I get a little teary every time I think of my Audi 2.0T. Turbo engines are a blast.

I wish Audi still imported the allroad -- 2.7TT version.

A twin turbo and single-turbocharger version are planned, for introduction by 2014; both would be based on the smallest size (3.0 liters) and might be slated for limited-production models (e.g. a new Viper based on a Maserati or an SRT mid-sized. The twin-turbo version appears to projected for a whopping 420 horsepower while the single-turbo appears to be set for 370 hp.

Hopefully, we'll see single and twin turbo versions of the Pentastar adapted over many of Chrysler's products. Ford is doing it already with their Eco-Boost engines and GM is gearing up turbo versions of their V6. Chrysler must follow if they want to make the new CAFE standards coming soon.

Re: Future WK2 Improvements: What would you like to see?

+1 to A/T tires when ORG ordered

Would also be nice to have more buttons on the universal remote. We have two garage doors and also own a rental townhouse which needs a remote for the community gate and one for the garage. Would be nice to be able to fit all my needed codes in

Re: Future WK2 Improvements: What would you like to see?

My dream build would be a Limited:
1. US option for Turbo Diesel and a decent transmission to go with it
2. Non perforated / vented Saddle Brown
3. Unique wheels for off road package

I am placing an order on the day this happens, although if only the turbo diesel comes I will settle for that with Light Frost interior.
