Re: Future WK2 Improvements: What would you like to see?

What I would have liked to have on mine is a power adjustable upper shoulder belt anchor that is tied into the driver memory. I am 6' tall and my wife is almost full foot shorter than I am (and she can balance a beer on her head ).

It's so nice to get in after she's been driving and press the "2" button (She's number 1 of course) and have the seat, mirrors and steering wheel automatically adjust themselves for me, but then when I fasten the seat belt I get reminded that not everything's automatic. She adjusts it to the lowest position because it goes across her neck if she doesn't, but at that position it slides off my shoulder and down my arm.

Re: Future WK2 Improvements: What would you like to see?

These requests are all good. Mine is a bit practical for me. I'm a short guy, 5'4' so the adjustable seats and steering wheel are great; however, I would like to sit back a little bit so the console is not behind me and more next to me. The steering wheel and seats adjust perfectly but then I can't reach the pedals (no short jokes please). I would like to see adjustable brake and accelerator pedals. My wife is only 4'11' and it would be great for her as well.

Re: Future WK2 Improvements: What would you like to see?

Pending getting my own...

+1 for real A/T tires when you get ORG

Make the front lower fascia easier to remove/reinstall (for off-roading, allowing steeper approach angle)

Sharkfin antenna standard

Could use a refrigerator/freezer and a grill in the Jeep!

Re: Future WK2 Improvements: What would you like to see?

20" Bright Polished wheels as standard on the Overland (or at least an option).

Sharkfin antenna standard.

Black Clear Coat color choice

Painted trim all around the lower fascia as standard on the Overland.

Color matching painted side mirrors and rear liftgate trim on Overland.

Black/Light Frost Beige interior option on Overland.

HID fog lights.

Re: Future WK2 Improvements: What would you like to see?

How about a hidden rear lift-gate handle. I don't know why, but that thing being visible really bothers me.

I am on an Overland in 2014 plan...I can't wait to see what changes are made in the next few years.

Re: Future WK2 Improvements: What would you like to see?

I plan to purchase a 2012 Overland Hemi with OR package. That purchase will depend upon the following:
1) Hemi shudder problem solved
2) Media system issues resolved
3) Availability of Inferno Red Crystal Pearl paint, no exceptions.
4) Top-of-the-line AT tires with the OR package would be be great, but not a deal-breaker.

Re: Future WK2 Improvements: What would you like to see?

Also, the availability of body-colored mirrors and door handles on the Overland--including even the rear chrome strip--would be much appreciated, even as an extra-cost option.

A Backup Camera that shows you a rear view when you put the jeep in reverse, not 7 seconds after you put the car in reverse.
