Thought I would share a positive dealer experience since I think we all tend to be pretty good at relaying our displeasure with them.
Brought my 2 week old Limited in because when it was purchased there were a couple of minor paint chips on the front bumper. The body shop resprayed the bumper, I got the call today the work was done, but on my way down the body shop manager Raul calls and tells me he looked at the car and was not satisfied sending it out. There were 2 fish eyes and he's going to respray the bumper to fix it properly.
Though I wasn't happy to get half way there and have to turn around, I have to give it to them for trying to take care of things properly. All in all I thought it was a pretty good experience with my first American (half German i guess) car.
