Thanks for the tip, MeanDean!
Glad it worked out and I hope you get your Jeep soon!

Brigham-Gill Jeep in Natick, MA

Patrick Reed

Pleasant dealership & straightforward to work with. Ended up splitting the holdback with them, getting my Limited $500 below invoice.

Excellent Dealer

Tom O'Brien Indianapolis

North Keystone store.

Great salesman, Rob Sloan, who knew his Jeeps. Once I ordered it he kept me well informed on its progress.

No high pressure.

Re: Good dealership experience? Post it here!

I agree with wsj81866 about the Jeep dealer in Crystal Lake; I'd have bought from them but they didn't have what I wanted in stock. However, after searching several other Jeep dealers, I bought from a great one:

Zeigler Jeep
208 W Golf Rd
Schaumburg, IL
Sales people: Steve Shafer, Bob Bauer

They're far from where I live but the sales process was straightforward and they "show their shorts" for pricing. Service department is very professional and looked well-organized and well-run; a no brainer.

Huge props to David, plus OCCJ is highest volume dealer in the West. Very easy buying experience, and I'm located three states away. Best pricing on the new WK2's especially with loyalty and military programs.
I just sent David an email! Thanks.

Jeep Warehouse (R.I.P.) , Muncie, IN. Bill if you read this, get your dealership and website back. Your prices and service were great.

Bought my 2001 XJ there and by far the lowest prices I could find around the country.

Colorado Chrysler Jeep
Havana Boulevard, Aurora, CO
Jeff Walker - Jeep Service

Scheduled 1st Oil Change and asked about the religious debate of synthetic vs. normal oils? Jeff stated that Chrysler recommends normal oil and asked what engine? I said, Hemi, loved by those who have them, dreamt about by those who dont. He then said he uses synthetic in his Hemi. Check.

I then asked about his views towards a CAI? He said though one isn't available yet for the WK2, he said he has one in his Hemi and would strongly recommend it. Nice, didn't expect that kinda response.

Winner, winner chicken dinner. Jeff didn't care that I didn't buy this Jeep from his dealership. This may be a bit premature, but feels like I stumbled into a service motherlode.

I could not agree more. I purchased my Jeep at this dealership and they were fantastic. When I was done my sales guy walked me over to the service department and introduced me to Jeff Walker. He was fantastic, is a Hemi guy. He told me to just call him whenever I need to schedule any service on my WK2. Great guy and he is who I will be using for all of my repairs.

Mullen Motors
Southold, NY (east end of Long Island)

Amazing friendly, honest, informed, small town dealer. I travelled from Manhattan and it was worth the trip. They have been there since 1927 and you can see why.

I kept expecting to get the little room with the manager treatment at the end of the deal. They just don't do that. Full transparency about all deal terms.

If you're anywhere nearby, buy here. No typical NYC area hustle.

Ordered Overland from Kevin, he kept me up to date on the status of the order through out the process. Easy to deal with and the first no BS car purchasing experience I have ever had.
