Ordered my Limited 4x4 Hemi from JR. Straightforward, direct, and honest. I had done my homework, so I knew exactly what I wanted and what price I wanted to pay. I had received a few other quotes - they beat them all and gave me the "out the door" pricing I wanted. Also, JR was the only dealer who could explain to me why the Trailer Tow Group IV was not showing up on the computer (currently on restriction). Other dealers, I was educating the sales people about their product (Thanks to JeepGarage.org!!)

As a woman, I am extra cautious to really know my stuff on major purchases so not to be taken advantage of. As a former Chrysler engineer, it was great to have employee pricing and just go in and sign. But now, I needed to negotiate. JR made the process not only simple & easy, but actually enjoyable. Now, the hard part is waiting for delivery.

Located, took a look, return back to give deposite, dealer let me take the truck w/o having TL control number ( waiting on the TL welcome package). was willing to redo the contract should 4/5/11 bring a new incentive. Straight shooter, respectful and accomodating. I saw the jeep went home, came back with my family and drove away in my new truck ( all in one day, saturday, never the less)

These folks treated me like a king after a very bad experience at my local dealership where I live.

Larson Jeep Dodge

Gerry Lee / Jacob Wood

I am from LA and had a GC ordered in January with an LA dealer. By March, when I let impatience get the better of me, and the first RHR equipped Summits were hitting the dealers, I went hunting for my GC on cars.com. Searching the western US, I found (2) vehicles matching my order. Only the Washington State GC (in transit to Larson) had California emissions.

With an estimated (5) days to delivery the Larson guys made doing the deal effortless. I used affiliate pricing, purchased an extended warranty, and arranged to purchase a bunch of accessories at cost. I also needed them to confirm the equipment (RHR) in the truck.

The day after the Summit arrived at Larson, we made a 6:30AM flight to Seattle and were met at the airport by Gerry Lee who shuttled us to the dealership via coffee and breakfast.

Upon arrival we were treated like royalty. The dealership facility was brand new and state of the art. But the absolute highlight was being escorted to the new vehicle prep area to see our new baby !!!

All in all, I'll remember this (and the 1600mi trip home) the best new car buying experience I've had and it saddens me that these guys are 1000 miles away !

Re: Good dealership experience? Post it here!

I'll say it again to get it in this thread:

A good experience with Power Chrysler Jeep in Phoenix, AZ
Contact Michele Caldwell with internet/fleet sales.
602-290-5153

No BS, good pricing, easy to work with, and they even sent me off with a full tank of gas, not the 7.5 gallons the factory calls out!

Oh yes - Michele has followed up just to make sure I'm totally satisfied. Just excellent customer care. Happy to recommend her!

Suburban CJD of Troy
Troy Motor Mall

Scott Viau

Have purchased many vehicles from Scott when he was at Oakland Dodge. When he went to Suburban, I followed. Scott is no nonsense, returns calls and emails promptly. Just a good guy all around. Even though Oakland was a great dealership, Suburban is even better. So the WK2 became the 6th vehicle I have gotten from Scott.

Re: Good dealership experience? Post it here!

-Heritage Chrysler in Owings Mills, Maryland
-Bought 4/5/11
-Ed Still, Salesman

Heritage was a dream to work with. Went to Ourisman Chrysler in Clarksville, Md first. Bad experience, salesman was defiantly the usual car salesman trying to push things on you that you didn't want. Went to Heritage, they went $600 below invoice on an order for a Limited WK2. Also gave me $1,500 more then Ourisman offered for my trade in 2006 g35. Due to the paint shortage in Japan, they found me an Overland at another dealership (The same Ourisman dealership that sucked!) and gave me the same discount of $600 below invoice. Got a better Jeep that I originally had ordered and was a piece of cake. Was in and out within 2 hours. Loving every minute in the new Overland.

Re: Good dealership experience? Post it here!

Dealer Name - Farrish Jeep
Location - Fairfax, VA
Sales Rep - Shane Nebel
Sales Date - November 2010
Delivery Date - February 2011

Farrish Jeep is a wicked awesome dealership and Shane is extremely helpful. He's easy to work with, not pushy, very polite, and quick to return your call or email. I first went to the Farrish to look at the WK2 when it came out last spring. When I finally got around to buying a custom ordered limited in November I was able to get an amazing price at almost $5k off MSRP and about $1,500 under dealer invoice. I was expecting to have to fight for a deal but actually ended up not having to do much negotiation at all. Shane was spot on at predicting how long my Jeep would take to be build and delivered and was good with following up with me throughout the entire process. He's been great to deal with and continues to follow up with me. Also, I took my vehicle in for service recently at Farrish and was even impressed at how polite, quick, and responsive the service staff was. I would deffinately recomend Shane and the rest of the Farrish Jeep staff.

Re: Good dealership experience? Post it here!

Orange Coast Jeep (Southern California - 2 locations)
Sales Managers - Rod (Costa Mesa) and Fred Latasa (San Juan)
Vehicle - 2012 Overland (custom ordered)
Date - Ordered July 12th, delivered and bought on August 16, 2011

I had a great experience at Orange Coast Jeep!

I originally was working with Rod at their Costa Mesa location trying to track down a 2011 with the options I preferred, but I ended up placing my order with Fred at Orange Coast San Juan, which is their brand-new facility. I asked for 1k off of invoice on a custom ordered 2012 Overland, and got it no problem... No hassle...No Bargaining...Done. Also, they beat my 2.5% Penfed financing with 2.4% from Bank of the West.

Thanks fellas!

Davis Ellis Chrysler Jeep - Canoga Park, CA
Jeff Toczynski - Fleet Sales Manager
Vehicle - 2011 Overland Summit
July 30, 2011

I wanted a Rugged Brown Summit and there were only two within 250 miles. Jeff managed a dealer trade to get the Jeep for me in only one day. Their finance guy, Bong, had all of the paperwork ready to go. The delivery took about 45 minutes.
