I agree on the resale value. Everything I was seeing was roughly 24,500-27,000 for trade in. The sales person asked me what I was looking to get for it, he even said " you looking to get 29-30K"? I gladly agreed with him. When we sat down to go over the trade in value they showed me the low number, but said their appraiser must have a gun to his head to sell vehicles and that they would give me 28,500 for it. KBB, NADA, and Clearbook all showing roughly 29K if I private sold it. Was hard to pass up that offer. The truck was surprisingly part of their 15% off campaign which made everything even better. They kept telling me that I drive 15-20k miles a year but was shocked when I told them that the vehicle was bought in May 2013, lol.

Enjoy the GMC, it was over a year ago you talked about moving to it.
Stay a stranger like Bill De has.

Good luck "ma man".

Sorry for your experience.

Problem is once you sign your purchase papers American dealers treat you vehicle like garbage (IMO).

I have an extended warranty on my truck but I have to go back multiple times to get issues dealt with.

I had an Infiniti. Even after 6 years the dealer always treat my vehicle like it was new.

Sorry to see you go.
I'll be right behind you once my warranty runs out.

Re: Goodbye Jeep

Sorry I haven't gotten any pictures up of it yet but I will try later this week. There are a few things I really do miss from the Jeep to the truck.

1. Unlock/locking of the doors. Never had to take the keyfob out of my pocket, now I do.
2. Push button start..Now I have to use a key
3. Phone on the RA4, I had 5 people programmed in that all I had to do was click their name to dial. Don't have that option now
4. Radio programming. If you went to XM or just the radio, that is what presets you had. Now they are all jumbled together (just weird at this moment).

I feel the seats of the truck are more comfortable than the perforated leather on the jeep. No where near as hard and my wife agrees. I'm still waiting for the Husky liners, tonneau cover, and window tint to be completed.

I did get 1 last run in with the Jeep as I dropped of the old floor mats and they gave me the weathertech ones that I had in it, so I will be selling all of those somehow.

AuSuperChargedSRT - If I had money to burn then maybe but I don't live in that fantasy world. Not worth my time or the money it would totally cost for that beast.
