Grand Cherokee - Consumer Reports Best mid-sized American SUV

Highest-scoring American vehicles

Look's like good marks across the board and they really like the diesel.

Meh, Consumer Reports will always say that overall the American brands are less reliable than the "foreign" brands. A few years ago when Toyota was the recall-king with more problems than anyone else (for several years), they still beat the drum about how reliable the Toyotas were.

I always trust Consumer Reports about as far as I can throw their magazine. So I do somewhat, but they definitely have their biases.

I definitely agree. They've been Toyota and Honda biased since like the 70's.
