This is the exact reason I would never buy a Land Rover if I needed to travel outside metro areas. Which I do.
If your rig broke down in the middle of bumf***, I'd rather be sittin' in a Jeep with an extensive dealer network than in a LR that has one or two dealers in an entire state. Some states have no LR dealers at all.
God knows RRs are gorgeous, and every single off-road manufacturer
has benefited from their R and D, but I wouldn't want to be stuck with one.
Several reviewers coin the JGC as America's Range Rover (regarding performance/luxury). I'd agree.
