Looking to purchase within the next two months but...

I was 100% going to go Billet Silver with the 2016 but with the 2017 refresh, the blocky grille makes me rethink my decision...might go with granite.

LET ME KNOW YOUR THOUGHTS!!

Thanks!!

I just think granite is kind of a boring drab gray color especially when combined with black. Just my opinion, hard to explain really. Silver really shows the lines of the Jeep too so may be part of the reason I like it. I just like that color is all. The Billet contrasts nicely with the gloss black parts too.

I had my choice between Billet and Granite. The wife liked the Granite as did I when I saw it in person. In the end it is your choice as you are the one paying for it.

Yeah its totally subjective, my 2015 JKUR Hard Rock was Billet Silver, my 2017 WK2 Trailhawk is Granite. I love both colors, and I think both colors look great on the Grand, Having owned the Billet already I went with the Granite. After it arrived and i saw it in person i think the Granite looks like it belongs on the Grand...I find it a more classy color......Totally my personal opinion.....HTH good luck with whatever you choose....

As others have said its your money and your decision and its what makes you happy. This type of question on a Forum is like asking what brand of oil you like best and you don't even want to think about opening that can of worms. Good luck and you will make the right decision for you.

It's totally your choice but since you asked I'd vote billet. I like how it almost changes colors depending on how the light hits it. For me granite is a nice color but too dark and I don't want to deal with another dark colored car ever again.

It's possible some dealers have brand new never sold 2015s on lots if you really want that front end and wheels, 2 years old and maybe a long shot but search and filter autotrader.com by new, year, trim level, and color if you're interested. Could probably get a really good deal if you find a new 2015 too. I have seen a 2017 Billet Altitude and it did look great.

I looked at both Granite and Bullet, and you can see my choice. I was coming from 2012 Maximum Steel and wanted a change, as Silver stays cleaner looking than dark cars, especially with salt roads here.

I don't prefer dark colors, so of the two choices in the question, you'll know what my answer is. (But I don't prefer shades of grey/silver, either, for vehicles unless it's white. :) )
