You can reverse this by estimating $30 per $1000 so a zero down equivalent of this deal would be $350/mo plus fees and taxes. They just throw the cap cost reduction in to be able to advertise the lowest monthly payment. It's not like it's impossible to evaluate.
IMO it doesn't seem like that bad of a deal especially considering the $2250 IDL and $1000 conquest cash (if you even qualify). These terms are most likely offered by Hann Financial. The residual does seem too low and I am sure you could do better using an affiliate program to get 1% under invoice.

Is it 2K down, as in a cap cost reduction, or is the 2K covering taxes and fees? If it's just taxes and fees, seems like this deal would be in the right ballpark, and probably a little better value then the first option you posted.
[others will complain about your lack of information but I don't have a problem backing out the rest of the details from the monthly payment and MSRP]
Since you seem to be in NJ I can recommend you talk w/ Baker Jeep in Princeton. I was able to get them to go to 1% under invoice on a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited and with the IDL and other rebates and discounts it came to $495/mo 36mo 12K mi a year with $1500 out of pocket for taxes, fees and 1st payment. The lesser equipped Laredo should obviously be less but Baker, in my experience, will match most of the "best" deals you find in this forum.
