It doesn't. Again for the umpteenth time.... My users manual has nothing in any, or all of it's 264 pages that has ANYTHING about heated seats, and remote start activating it. NOTHING. Or anything in relation to automatic temperature activation. The manual itself only briefly discusses on 3 pages, turning the heat on and off via. the buttons, and or touch screen. It only tells you to refer to the "U-Connect settings" which I did. There is nothing on the "Settings" page in regards to auto activation of the seats. Either by temperature or remote start. Again, I don't understand why you have to be told this 15 times, and still can't comprehend it?

Nor is it yours. I told you in my first reply, and several times thereafter, I didn't have an owners manual, only the users manual. No matter, you keep on crowing on about it as though I have, and I'm just not looking in the right place.

I'm not "blaming" anyone. Once again, for the second time, I can't read what I don't have. Jesus! And no, I don't "call the dealer" for every little thing.

Why should it if the temperature on the screen was 36 degrees at startup, and the seats were never activated until I turned them on? It was posted that the seats are automatically activated if the outside temperature in under 40 degrees. It was and they weren't...... Until I activated them for the first time. Why does where it was parked matter? Under 40 is under 40. Now you've proven you're just shooting your mouth off, and not making sense in the process.
All you are doing is changing what you said in an attempt to not sound dumb. I will post what you originally wrote:

I am not going to go back and requote every item you just modified with your comments. Are you still going to contend the DVD doesn't have the full manual on it?

Seriously, just stop.

And, just for fun, here is the section that talks about the heated seats in the User Guide AGAIN.... Wait let me clarify, the User Guide, the item you mislabeled as the Owners Manual, but you admit NOW you do have...

I should have just stopped when you continued to contend they never came on while using the remote start until you first turned them on, and that it has nothing to do with temp. My error was forgetting logic never wins against stupid...

I'm telling you they're different. My manual does NOT have what you are showing. Let me ask you a couple of questions, because your being so ridiculous.

1.) How many pages is in your "User Manual"?

2.) How many pages is in your "Owners Manual"?

3.) What year is your Jeep Grand Cherokee, and which model is it?

Sure, I'll play along because this is damn entertaining.

The User GUIDE I have is 264 pages, wait for it, just like yours!

My owners manual is around 695 pages. You know, the one that is on the dvd you said it isn't on.

Unfortunately, I do not have the "453,792 page" document you mentioned in your first post, sorry...

I have a 2015 GC just like you. The model is irrelevant, as it is a standard owners manual for all trim levels besides the SRT.

Any other questions I can answer?

Your "error" is in being a complete jag off. But that is both apparent, and beside the point.

1.) The seats or wheel heat NEVER CAME ON. This in spite of several days with an outside temperature showing under 40 F on the screen.

2.) The seats DID COME ON automatically when it was much warmer than 40F, but only after they were initially activated manually for the first time. This occurred when my wife drove the car home with an outside temperature well into the 50's, with the vehicle parked in the Sun. (Again for the second time.) She DID NOT use remote start. She started the vehicle with the dashboard start button.

Now, even you should be able to comprehend that....... At least we can hope.

Jag off? Get it all out, I'd be upset too if I had your poor reading skills and didn't grasp how a garage could be warmer than the outside temp. Or how the dvd had your owners manual, which the USER GUIDE states.

NO, it is not "just like mine". As I've been telling you over and over, MY "USERS GUIDE" IS NOT THE SAME AS YOURS. Compare it to the what you posted, that you claimed over and over to be your..... Wait for it...... "Users Guide". Here is pages 34 and 35 of my Users Guide. Even a clown such as yourself should, (note I said should), be able to see it is not the same as yours.

At the risk of sounding like Al Pacino in "Scarface": "I tried to tell you, but you wouldn't listen. Well you stupid F*#K, look at you now!"

Do you see anything there talking about heated seat controls, Einstein? No, because there ISN'T ANYTHING. Nor is there anywhere else in the "Users Manual", other than the control buttons. Now, do you need for me to post that as well?

Keep calling me names, I'm sure it helps. How about you take a pic of two pages before that for us out of that unique manual you have. You know, the part that talks about the seats? Heaven for bid they add or remove a page in a new version. Wait a second, didn't someone give you a link for all the documentation? What's your complaint again?

Like I said, entertaining!

It wouldn't appear so in this case now, would it?

Re: Heated Seats / Wheel ??

How about you simply wise up. We have 2 different manuals that ARE NOT THE SAME. This I have not only told you, (several times), but have now proven to you. I'm done with you. It's quite apparent you never started. You have far too much difficulty in understanding and translating the written word.

You called me stupid. I called you Einstein..... And you're the one who's whining. Why is that not surprising?

Whining? Nah, I simply pointed out that hopefully calling me a jag off helps with your stupidity.

I say, trade the car in now. It's clearly too advanced for you. But then books, dvds, hell even garages might be too much for you to grasp...
