Hey OP, what dash cam are you using? It shoots great quality video. I'm interested in it, thanks for any info on it!

+1

Except for the last second lane change by the large Ford pickup (which wasn't that bad, it happens) I don't see much problem.

At the beginning, opposing traffic is failing to yield to the drivers with the left turn arrows. A driver doesn't understand how all-way stops work near the end.

We took a little tour of Christmas lights last weekend around our old houses like we do almost every year. In the span of about an hour I was nearly side-swiped by someone who didn't notice that there were two left-turn lanes at the T instersections, two drivers who entered intersections a few seconds after their light turned red, and one driver who pulled out in front of me ignoring the stop sign at the end of the mini-mall driveway while entering an arterial street with a 45 MPH speed limit.

Re: Holiday Drivers.....

Looks like typical problems to me. I was waiting to see actual cars slamming the brake, honking horns, or middle fingers. 😀

I've always been a offensive/defensive mixed driver. My main motto is "don't hesitate" as a driver. If you've made a common sense decision you have to execute it quick because other drivers rapidly change their mind or hesitate. That small time of hesitation is enough to make an accident happen. Either the other driver clearly will see your intention or your quick decision avoids someone who doesn't clearly see your decision.
