Quick question, so people are having lots of issues as their parking (or emergency if you call it that) brake is breaking? Sorry but I am having issues following when people break the brake 'cause the brake isn't braking but breaking!

I was noticing that too. We have a lot of brakes that break here. I guess that's the breaks. Or brakes. Or something...

It seems to me you have a thorough understanding of the situation. You even appear to have the correct spelling(s).

How's that "2014.5"? My "2011.875" is awesome. So glad I didn't settle for the "2011.8"

Case in point - all you do is insult others. You just verified what I posted about your rude replies.

I'm not sure his mockery of midyear naming was rude....but reading this thread, there are many many other examples. My dad taught me never to argue with arrogant idiots, because they'll drag you down and beat you with experience!

And you take yourself too seriously. Lighten up, it was a joke. I actually haven't insulted anybody, I've had plenty of insults thrust upon me. But thats okay, I really don't care.

Just to be clear, the mockery is not of midyear naming. There are models that legitimately have a half model year. The mockery is of Shannon's decision to pretend he has some vehicle thats different from a "2014" JGC. There is no 2014.5 JGC.

And feel free to call me arrogant, but I'm not an idiot. An idiot is someone that stubbornly refuses to accept that a simple practice such as setting the parking brake when you park as the vehicle manufacturer tells you to do makes you safer, and who refuses to accept in the face of overwhelming evidence that the parking brake is designed to be used every time one parks.

In other past posts he has mocked my signature with the 2014.5, so I know he is mocking again - which is ironic, as it is supposed to be funny, and he says I need to lighten up. By the way, the reason I put in the .5 is the fact that it has adaptive cruise with stop, which the first builds did not have.

You can call your Jeep whatever you want, as long as it makes you feel special. Lots of folks have emotional attachments to their vehicles.

I didn't check the release date, but wouldn't all the diesels fall into the same category?

Yes, all the diesels have the adaptive cruise with stop.

Doesn't mean there's such a thing as a 2014.5. When grown ups pretend, it's funny.

Remember. I did not single you out, you decided to chime in with a personal dog at me. Just returning the favor.
