Horn Getting Messed up from Heavy Amounts of Water.

After a car wash, heavy rain, etc... the horn becomes non existent. It makes noise but no louder than a mouse.

Not that its a big deal but it could be if I need the horn. Anyone else have this problem?

I had the same problem , I noticed it was the car wash I was going too. since changing car washes it hasn't done it since. And I have been to about 5 other car washes and no problems.

I am having the same issue after I went to a car wash yesterday. Did you have to replace the horn, or did the problem go away after it dried out?

Re: Horn Getting Messed up from Heavy Amounts of Water.

This seems very odd for a vehicle that is designed to ford 19" of water. I have been to several car washes without any problem though I must admit I have only used the horn twice or so in 14 months. I am looking forward to the answer.

It will eventually dry out and return to normal.
