Nope. Looking at the sheet again, it appears to be a parts pull sheet for interior parts and electronics. For example, it lists the center bin part number as 1WQ481S5AD. it has the specific date and time the parts were pulled, July 2, 2013 11:49. I can only speculate that it was left in the car by mistake when they were finishing the interior.
