Re: How much are you paying at the pump to fill up?

$1.89 today in Flemington NJ at Wawa. There were some slightly cheaper prices around, especially for folks who like to pay cash. (I'm not one of them...)

Went up .20 this week? Oil is about at an all time low and gas goes up. Politics suck

Re: How much are you paying at the pump to fill up?

Supposedly oil could get as low as $20/barrel. Right now $40-50

87 here is $1.89. Unbelievable. I forget what premium is. I just notice the sign that always advertises what 87 is. With gas this cheap I never care to even look what premium is as I fill up

I filled up yesterday for $2.04 for 91 Premium. Steadily dropping. Most likely it will be under $2.00 next fill up.

Cash is always a few cents a gallon cheaper here as well. Makes me wonder why so many people use plastic for fuel?

Because we don't carry much cash and many of us also prefer the automatic record keeping that comes by using a charge card. I personally use AMEX like cash and it's paid off monthly. And use the "points" for other purchases or to reduce the bill. There is at most a 2 cent difference between the "cash discount" third tier stations and the one a few hundred feet down the road that I most often buy from with my card.
