Re: How much are you paying at the pump to fill up?

about $4.23 around the bay area. approx 22 gal fill up hits the $93-95 number. Can't wait til it goes over $100 per fill up.

I do really enjoy being able to get nearly 500 miles to a tank w/ the V6 on the highway though.

Made a trip from San Jose to San Luis Obispo last weekend, drove around town and down to Avila Beach and back to San Jose on one tank. Plus another two days to and from work. Nice!

Re: How much are you paying at the pump to fill up?

Watch out for those grocery store discount promo's. Each area seems to have one grocery chain which is allowed to run it. Around here it is Price Chopper using Sunoco. Firstly, Price Chopper charges more for basic items than other main chain which is Hannaford. Secondly Sunoco per gallon prices start before "discount" generally 10 cents per gallon more than other vendors except Mobil (who appears to import their crude from Venus.)

NJ, pretty cheap here. I could get regular for $3.45/g for JGC and super for $3.85/g for G37

Re: How much are you paying at the pump to fill up?

Well on base (Military) for us it's usually 2 cents cheaper then off base. Right now we are paying about 4.11 for Unleaded 87 Octane. I'm not to sure about 89... probably around 4.14 or so :O It went up 4 cents over night UGH!!!

And if I ever get my Jeep I will let you know what my fill up price is LOL :P

Re: How much are you paying at the pump to fill up?

Just for perspective: $1.272 Cdn per litre or equivalent to $5.03USD per US gallon at today's (near) fillup west of Ottawa. The fuel pump was limited to $100 so not quite a fillup.

Re: How much are you paying at the pump to fill up?

Wow reading about how people spends over 100bux at the pump makes me feel like I'm pretty lucky to pay 70+ dollars. LOL.

We are still lucky to pay less than $5/g I guess. Question is, for how long?

Re: How much are you paying at the pump to fill up?

First fillup was with ~1/8 tank showing left - $65.00.
We are at ~$3.45/gallon.

Re: How much are you paying at the pump to fill up?

Gas station caps me at $75. 3.99 for 89 like 3 days ago its over $4.05 now. Havent been able to "fill" up since gas has gone up as I run it to 1/4 now or below sometimes if I can't make it to a gas station in a timely manor.
