Re: how to fish a Ferrari Enzo out of the ocean

That guy is Zahir of ZR Auto/Exotics from Calgary Alberta. He's a nice guy and a fantastic driver. He can afford to drop it in the drink and many more of million plus dollar car collection.
Just because he lost control in one of his many races its not fair to bash him for it. Every race car driver in the span of his career will end up in trouble.

Agreed, the Enzo is not just another car.
Some cars one wants to drive for the pure fun of the drive. Most Ferraris are like that along with many Jeeps (but in a different way).
If one has a really bad day, a high performance drive can drive all the bad feelings away and make one human again.
As the top of the line, they made just 200 + Enzos. Believe current price is $2,000,000 to $5,000,000 if one can find one for sale.
They are rarely driven and rarely crash.

Re: how to fish a Ferrari Enzo out of the ocean

The thing about this Enzo is that it was one of the FXX versions. I'm trying to figure out how he even talked Ferrari into bring that car there because usually that car stays at the factory and the owners get to borrow their car and drive it around the track. Bet the Ferrari support team that comes with it was not happy. Guess it's avgood the the Jeep has a good towing capacity with all that water in the FXX.

I love the picture of the kayaker sitting next to the Enzo as it is being pulled out of the water. Classic!

It is not an FXX. It is an Edo kit that looks like the FXX. They guy lives in my City and owns an exotic car dealership although it is not as good as it use to be. I dont know they guy personally but i think he is a bit arrogant and thinks he is the Playboy of the city with his money. Maybe family money.

fantastic driver?????? everything he did in that clip was wrong
when i heard the shifting/reving he was doing right at the beginning of the clip i knew this guy is about to do a dumb move lol
seemed like he was showing off for the spectators reving and not going anywhere, before that bridge he had no speed but yet reving like an idiot, entry speed before that corner was horrible, yet tries to rev the same on uneven road with gravel where he should have taken it slower.
yeah fantastic driver
