Neither do I, but it would be nice to get loaners that: are not 2 years old or older, do not have warped rotors, and are not completely filthy inside...smelling like an ash tray.

This has happened to me twice at my dealership.

Re: I am disappointed...

My experience with three JGCs, 2001, 2005, 2014, at St Clair Jeep were just as the OP describes. Recent 2014 purchase was the best, maybe 15 min to price and order the Jeep, an hour at delivery, mostly just chatting.

Only had one warranty visit on the first two vehicles, both fixed right the first time. The first one was just a smidge over 36,000 miles; they said don't worry about that its close enough.

Recent Toyotas and Subarus were much less pleasant to buy and service.

As always, YDMV

My dealer swaps out the nitrogen, and it's free!

It also rated the repair satisfaction for each of the brands against independent shops. Independent shops always won out by a fairly good margin.
I am going to give the Jeep dealer a chance but I don't have high hopes. Will roll the dice and hope to get a good one. There probably are some good ones out there but the pickings are probably slim.
Please note:
The CR dealership rankings are correct, but the % positive range is not very big. Buick and Lexus both receive 84%, however the lowest (Land Rover) is 76%. Jeep is 77%. There is only an 8 percentage point spread = 10% percent difference.

That is good information. I know a number of years ago the spread was bigger than that. I had mentioned earlier that I think Jeep is down a couple of points from other CDJ brands because their base tends to be more informed and active.

Re: I am disappointed...

Problem with CR is they are a self selected group, not representative of the population as a whole.

I take their info with a little scepticism.

A lot of truth in that lol, or at least it should be. Maybe registration should include a whiner weed out system of testing lol

Me too. And free loaners even for oil changes.

Of course, the damn thing was at the dealer for the first two months I owned it, but hey...

Re: I am disappointed...

Well, I also need to give my dealer a pat on the back. This is my 3rd Jeep from them, only 1 warranty repair and they found the issue themselves during an oil change. Made an appointment for me and fixed it (leaking water pump). The worst compliant I have had is the amount of time I had to wait for an oil change once. That was during the time they were remodeling the facilities. The facilities are clean, have free wireless/coffee/water/snacks, nice waiting area, service department gets it right 1st time, sales people know the products. I can't find anything to complain about. It's also a long time family owned dealership, not a big chain.
