I agree 100%. I also think reviewers sometimes think they need to say something negative, but they don't want to piss-off the car company that pays the bills, so they say something negative about an aspect of the car that they feel is relatively inconsequential, thus appearing unbiased yet remaining in the good graces of the car companies.

When we test drove the í13, I took the whole family along and everyone was comfortable, thus I'm confident that if the space is the same, or better, in the '14 we will be fine.

Thanks for the great info, pics and vids. I'm glad someone willing to share was the first to take delivery.
My guess is he'd be fine. It's the way the front seats are designed which makes them passenger friendly but bad for car seats, especially rear facing. Its due to the fact that the front seats protrude outward at the very top which prevents me from putting my seat all the way back. That being said I can still drive comfortably for being 6'11" 380lbs. The interior is spot on in all black for my situation but the indigo/brown combo will have people drooling. I'm like nine inches shorter and 160lbs lighter than that fyi.

It's been a few years since I had to worry about a car seat.

Thanks for the info.

Re: I think I might go pick up a 2014 Overland tonight...

You're welcome.

The interior lighting throws me for a loop. The subtle blue LEDs behind the door handles look fantastic and even the shiter emits light nicely. It's the overhead console lights that are odd. I swear my 11 had LED map lights and more traditional lights complimenting that in essence. Now they both seem to be more incadescent and traditional. Is this called ambient lighting now? Just wasn't what I was expecting.

My fusion has the capless fuel filler, I love it although it does take some getting used to especially if you have 1 vehicle with it and one without it.

This is the first vehicle I've ever bought that came with wheels locks. They are Mopar, did anyone else have them installed already?
