Re: In with the new, out with the old

Nice I see you have the SRT8 wheels on the '07, any mods planned for the '11?

Re: In with the new, out with the old

The WK2 is a much nicer ride, the interior is the area where you'll get the biggest improvements, it feels like an upgrade from the stone age ( no offence intended )
The WK CRD was a harsh ride compared to the WK2 but I think the srt wheels didn't help the WK there. The WK2 is plush.....
The CRD was more fuel efficient then the pentastar is but its way louder!!
Although the WK2 feels slower the speedometer proves me wrong, its that the WK2 is that smooth that you don't notice it's about as quick as the CRD.
What I 'll not miss is that awfull diesel smell at the fuelstation, somehow it always makes your hands smell of the diesel as well!
In the Netherlands some fuelstations even provide plastic gloves to overcome this as diesels are common over here.
The biggest plus point of the WK CRD was its reliability, in the 5 years I've owned it never let me down!!!
Apart from its regular service the only extra costs I had were a set of brake discs.........
