Incentives and factory orders
In a previous thread somebody mentioned that when ordering a vehicle from the factory, you get to choose between receiving the incentives in effect when you placed the order OR the incentives in effect when the car is delivered.
I am considering ordering a car and specifically asked my dealer about this. The sales rep checked with the sales manager and was told no, buyers are only eligible for the incentives in effect after the car is delivered.
If what I described in the first paragraph is correct, is that fact documented anywhere by Chrysler so I can point them to it? Or do I need to basically find another dealer that doesn't contest that claim?
