iOS 7.1.1 and Uconnect 8.4AN

Can anyone tell me if they are able to get their music playlist from their iPhone 5 to recognize on UConnect 8.4AN?

I was sure it did before I had updated the iOS for my iPhone, yet now I cannot get the playlists to show up, rather I need to access the playlist on the phone and then can only jump songs on UConnect.

I am running iOS 7.1.1 and I can get the playlists to show up when I am connected in via the USB cable. You have to use iPOD mode, then click on browse. From there you can select playlists.

If I am connected via Bluetooth, I have to use the phone to get to the playlists.

Thru bluetooth or USB. The only time my playlists ever showed up on UConnect was via the USB.

Thanks group. Was not sure if I had to connect via USB or not so you both have answered the question. USB for Playlists it is; I will stop dreaming that it must have been working via bluetooth.
