I gotta say, i have been on here for a little while now, and i have never seen so much negativity towards a product in my life. I have a new 2012 Summit with 800miles on the clock, and so far i have had no issues.
Every time i come in this forum, there is another thread involving some issue.
What i want to know is how many people on this forum with WK2's are happy with there rig.

Is there anybody on here that likes there Jeep? Please tell me i am not the only one that likes there jeep.

Who has had there jeep since ownership that has had NO problems what so ever, those are the people i want to here from!! Front and Center!!

Thank god there are 5 of us so far!! WOOT!! Odds are with chrysler product i will have a warranty claim no doubt, but that is what it is for i suppose. I feel bad for the few that have had to file the Lemon Law stuff, i just hope i am not in that group anytime!

Make it 6. Only issue I had was missing front recovery hook on the export model, but now fixed and happy, happy, happy.
Hardest part is many feel like we're always having to defend our purchase choice, so when a negative is thrown up, we all go into a spin.
I'd rather be spinning out in my Laredo Deisel any day:)

Happy but a bit frustrated...does that count? Even with the minor to moderate issues we have had, based on what I've read here we are still fortunate...no pano roof rattles, no separation of plastic trim pieces, no problems with the rear glass, and the X package vinyl/leather surfaces are holding up well so far.

Looking forward to seeing how it does in a real New England winter...although if our experiences in Snowtober are any indication I think we will be held back a bit by the OEM all-seasons.

Don't forget that folks are more likely to talk about problems than they are to spout rainbows. It's the nature of the medium and many folks don't seek out forum sites like this until or unless they have an issue and want input.

Like you, I'm very pleased with my new Summit that I picked up on Monday night from the dealer. No major issues; just a minor rattle that I'll have the dealer deal with when I have the opportunity. In the mean time, I have about 1000 miles of almost all highway driving on cruise and managed 22.6 mpg. With a V8 and more creature comforts than I've probably found so far. I'll take that...

Like the others I'm quite happy with my JGCO after 8 months and almost 4,000 miles. I don't love my vehicle but I do like it a lot.

Sticker was 46 and change and I got it for around 39 and change. Not sure I would have bought it if I didn't get such a good deal. Zero issues so far.

I think I would be enjoying it more if we had some bad weather here in the St Louis area. Last winter snow was non existent and and this summer we are in a major drought with zero rain. I want to see what this puppy can do it adverse conditions.

The important thing to me on this car purchase was that I purchased an American vehicle this time. (Taking into consideration the global nature of car builds these days).

Love my 12 overland. No issues at 4,930 miles. I don't see what your referring to about no one liking their Jeep. From what I see most people love them. As already mentioned that's what forums are for regardless of the manufacturer..... Reporting issues and getting help fixing them. It's exactly the same at forums for Ford's, BMW's Acura.... That's what car forums are all about.

My 2012 Laredo will turn over 4000 miles today. There have been no issues with the GC, at this point I will say the GC is the best vehicle I have ever owned.

I'm happy with the gas mileage, I'm getting right at 22 mpg on my everyday commute trough the Atlanta traffic.

My wife and I took it on a road trip over July 4, I'm very pleased with the ride, quietness, comfort and quality. Overall I'm very happy with my new JGC. :D

20 months, about 12,000 miles. My first "american" brand. I love it. I was mowing last night and left it on the street for easy access to the garage and I kept looking at it while mowing thinking it looks damn good!

Only gripe - haven't seen much snow here in SW Ohio either winter I had it. At the hellfire rate we're going I'll probably still have my pano roof open at Christmas.

approaching 17k on our WK2, 11 months in service. I still love it. Some minor issues, don't like the uConnect, couple little warranty things like the cruise control switch, but all in all very happy.

Forums are like that...

Forums like this are mainly to rant, fix and just ask questions. Go to the Nikon, Mercedes or even Samsung product forums and you'll see the same thing. By and large this forum is fairly positive compared to many others.

I'm about to take delivery on a 2012 Overland, Black forest green, adaptive cruise, Hemi and I'm sure I'll post with some happy...and perhaps not so happy comments. That's what the forum is for!

Remember, there's many who join just to gripe. That being said we had a couple of problems with our Limited. Both times the dealer had it back to us in less then 24 hours. So we are very happy with our Jeep. Well everything except the colors. We have the Blackberry, and I should have realized that dark colors and my wife don't mix. Next time it will be a lighter color.

Add me to the positive experience club. 2011 Laredo that I have had for 18 months and 8,000 miles. I like the vehicle and it meets my expectations. Initial impression is great, I would buy again.

One issue with a loose trim piece on the back door. Dealer fixed no problem. It was a really annoying squeak when driving on rough roads. Luckily it did the same noise when I was washing the car and rubbed the piece, otherwise how would anyone find it (that was why I didn't take it in for 3 months as it was not repeatable).

The BMW I had needed towed in the first 3 months of ownership (bad relay on AC compressor that drained battery til car would not start). The Pontiac ate alternators and batteries (2 alternators under warranty, radio repair and 3 batteries after warranty expired).

Well, I am just short of 2 weeks and about 1,800 miles. I still like mine very much. The only gripe I have is that the seat is a bit firm for my liking, but I will fix that with a cushion. I am averaging 22.45 MPG (unless you believe the in-dash computer, then I am getting 24.9). I will withhold judgement on the tires until the snow flies, but they are replaceable anyway. I may get a set of winter/off-road rims and tires and save the Altitude rims for summer/show.

If mine were stolen, I would look in the same direction for a replacement.
