Is this normal?

Picked up my Jeep late December and have almost 4k on it. On the passenger side top part of the door panel there is a crease, almost like a cut behind the outer most skin of the leather. Kind of hard to describe. Does anyone else have issues with their leather in this spot? I took it to the dealer and wanted the to check it out and document it. It doesn't bother me too much but I am planning on tinting my windows very soon and I don't want them to blame a clumsy tint installer with an exacto knife. The dealer said they have to take a picture and send it to chrysler to make a determination to do with it. Any suggestions?

I doubt Chrysler will do anything about that. I have not noticed on mine, 2400 miles on the clock. I have seen a bit of wrinklilng on my saddle leather driver seat. However, when the sun hits the car, and the interior temperature goes up, the wrinkle relaxes and pretty much disappears. By the way, this is my 5th Grand Cherokee Jeep.

Got back from dealer the service manager said it's an imperfection in the leather and just ask for him if it gets worse under 3/36 even though I have lifetime max care. Funny how a perfect line in the leather could be an imperfection. All said and done I had them write t up and put it in the computer with his promise so I can tint in peace.
