Re: Issue free

Mine has generally been issue free. I had a small rattle in the pano, but that was taken care of and I don't consider something like that a debilitating problem. I'm at 41K miles at 25 months, mostly highway driving.

Re: Issue free

6,000 miles and no issues with my current 2014 Overland V6...

...EXCEPT a transmission that downshifts rough into 1st gear when crawling to a full stop. Stop n' go traffic situations in the morning sucks. Gets better when the vehicle has fully warmed up.

Re: Issue free

I have so far only had a couple of problems with my 14 SRT, on delivery the front end was out of alignment,
& had to be aligned... soon after that it developed a small leak of the headlamp/windshield reservoir , turned out to be the headlamp washer pump that had to be replaced, and I'm still having some issues with the transmission, that are as yet to be totally solved, I also notice a kind of high frequency vibration of the engine at idle, perhaps that is normal...don't know yet.....Knock on wood, so far everything else has been great

You must own a lot of vehicles?!
Are you Jay Leno incognito?

I've never had zero issues with anything...
Some folks have had problems of the type that would tempt me to drive the vehicle onto the dealers showroom floor thru the walls and leave it dripping there in a pool of fluids.

Others have had issues that are of, In My Non Humble Opinion, only big deals to drama queens.

The reality is that Chrysler replaced the front brake pads and rotors. Not because the parts were defective but because a new employee slobbered some goop all over the pads. He was new to the job and didn't know what he was doing yet. Did it bother me? Absolutely not. Every new employee is entitled to make a mistake until he learns the job. The only time it would have bothered me is if Chrysler had refused to correct it at no expense to me.

I am 64 years old and have bought several new vehicles from several different vehicle manufactures over the years. All of them had issues of one kind or another. Some were not significant enough to bother me and so I chose to live with them. Others bugged the daylights out of me and I demanded they be fixed immediately. I can't believe I was just unlucky over all of those vehicles, over all of those years, and over all of those manufacturers. I repeat, nothing man made is ever going to be perfect.
I put 28,000 miles on my Golf R. It never seen a dealership after I took delivery.

I had 52,000 miles on my R32 and it never seen the dealership

128,000 miles on my duramax never a single issue

wife's first gti 21,000 miles no issues

Wife's current GTI 24,000 miles not a single issue.

So you can chose to not believe me... don't care.

The 2014s WK2 were rushed out to production and have a multitude of issues.

No issues yet on my 2014 Overland V8 I picked up this past May. Just over 5K miles on it.

Re: Issue free

I have the the trans shutter here and there, and then the occasional clunking noise from the rear. It's not enough to bother me to bad though. Other than that no issues what so ever, it's been an awesome vehicle so far. Although we have only had it for a year and a half. By the way it's a 2013 Laredo X and only has 12,000 miles but so far so good.

Re: Issue free

My only issue with my '12 at 18k miles has been the F-150 that tried to mount it from the rear (but the receiver kept it at bay).

Am noticing that with 6/32nds left on the Goodyears I am seeing the TC come on & it tries to walk a bit if too much throttle is applied on a wet street. Are Michelins better ?
