Yeah, I had told him that too. So after I got home, I called him back and asked him to humor me with my request to look up the TSB again (he did look it up the first time while on the phone earlier this week, when I went to schedule my appt.) so that I could make sure we both were on the same page, so that I could be reimbursed for my purchase of the correct dipstick. And he had an awkward long pause on the phone, and said I can't make that decision to reimburse you, you'll have to call FCA customer service. He totally side stepped my request for him to look up the TSB to be sure that I wasn't incorrect.
So I called FCA customer service, and she even found the TSB on her own, didn't need the TSB number from me at all. And she confirmed that indeed I was correct. So she asked me to submit my receipts for review to get reimbursed.
