Jeep performance lighting.....66MM projector

headlight washer from front

headlight washer from bottom

headlight washer spray nozzle

wash connection

NEW hid cover-twists off and seals really well

NEW D3S bulbs

bulb removed

leveling system controls?

headlight control module?

HID ballast

There is ONLY 1 bulb to replace...the new D3S hid bulb. Everything else is contained internally. I assume the black Mopar box controls the headlamps. There is a connection for the headlight washer and I assume that is from the washer tank. Not sure if water pressure pushes the sprayer out....or if theres a motor to push it out somewhere else? It is hard to push out and is spring activated with a very tight spring!
Very interesting to say the least....

Do you have a wiring harness to connect these headlights ? I want to use them on my 2012 Grand Cherokee. Thanks for your help

Does the assembly come apart further? Whomever (at JNAP or Bi-Xenon supplier) assembled the interior must have just finished lunch and got their grimy hands all over the "eyeball" on both of my friggin' brand new '14 Summit light assemblies. Looks all smudged up and I want to get in there with a lint free and clean things up....thx

they doint come apart...sorry. Youd have to cut them open...
Argh! That's what I was afraid of. I have had some pretty severe condensation (running water droplets on inside) that don't evaporate per the TSB so I may have to push that issue which is another way to "clean" the eyeballs . I get the "normal" fog on the inside too but mine look 75% like the severe/replace photo in the TSB. Man I hate to bitch about this and force a $6,400 warranty replacement of both units but, hey, it's not my fault about the excessive moisture ya know....

Reading through the thread (trying to figure out my washers on a '14 Summit), I have these notes:

1. To turn on DRLs in park, simply turn on the parking lights (and turn off the fog lights if you normally have them on). Front park lights and DRL's are the same LED's.

2. The DRL's in a Summit (not the SRT) are on in anything other than park, and off in park.

3. for those of you considering retrofitting the HID lights with LED DRL's...don't do it based on light output. Yes, they look wicked-cool...but the HID's don't put out any better/more usable light than a good set of halogen headlights. Mine either seem to be putting out better light with use (2200 miles now), or I'm just getting used to them....but my 01 Ram 2500 with Sport headlight upgrade (hi/lo halogens) and relay harness upgrade puts out much more usable light. The Ram will turn a deer into venison as it jumps across the road in front of me. The WK2? Not so much. Decent...but not impressive, at least to me.

Still wanna figure out how to activate the damn washers though...

I know I'm late to this thread, but does anyone know why some of the HID headlamps come with the black washers on the bottom and others do not? I've seen this difference with the '14-'16 and '17 models. I purchased a set of SRT HID headlights that the seller states are '14-'16, and they do not have the washer tabs (which is great because I have a '17). However, most of the HIDs I've seen for the '14-'16 have the washers until '17. Has anyone seen the headlights without the black washer tab on MY14-16?
