Re: Kayak Brackets w/ MOPAR cross bars
I have used three different Thule racks for my various kayaks over the years and all of them have worked very well. The first pair I had were simply the fixed "Hullaport" J style cradles. I went from those to the "Hullaport Pros" the only difference being that you can fold the "Pros" down when not in use. A couple years ago I purchased "Hullavators" which are exceptional as they lower to waist height at the side of the vehicle and I am no longer hefting my kayaks above my head to toss them up on the cradles. There are other glide or roller/saddle options but I have not used them. Pricey but very worth it in my opinion. I am sure there are other lesser priced options that work very well too. You may just want to consider effort/convenience factor when choosing.
I also currently have Thule Areoblades as crossbars and have previously used square crossbars as well. I assume you would have little problem attaching to your Mopar bars.
