Re: Large A Pillar blind spot

I've had approximately a dozen times when a pedestrian appeared from behind either pillar posts. It's a bit unnerving to say the least.

Re: Large A Pillar blind spot

I have the same issue with the pillar, after a close call at a 4-way stop, I pay extra attention to that left side now. Small cars (and pedestrians!) can really hide between the side mirror and the pillar.

I think this is the issue. I've got the issue on the TSX I'm looking to trade for a GC and have the same issue.

Re: Large A Pillar blind spot

Ditto here.
Left turns can and have been tricky in a lot of vehicular/pedestrian traffic.
Eyes on the road and off the toys.

Re: Large A Pillar blind spot

Raising the seat helped me reduce the blind spots.

Re: Large A Pillar blind spot

The blind spots are terrible. I've come close to hitting approaching "unseen" cars a few times. The pillar is bad enough but the mirrors need to be scaled down as well.

Re: Large A Pillar blind spot

Add ventshades and it's worse.
