Lease Deal on High Altitude. Good deal

I am in the process of leasing a 2015 High Altitude and just got a quote from the dealership. The MSRP of the car is 50,085. I qualify for affiliate pricing which brings it down to 47,609. There is also 4,000 in rebates. I am also trading in my car. They are giving me 10,500 but i owe 13,500 and they will pay off my loan. They say the residual is 49% and MF is 0.00017. They say the payment is 685 a month for 36 months 15K miles a year. The residual is 24541.65 and they say they base it off the MSRP. They said if i go through US bank i could get another 3500 off but they said it was better to go through Chrysler. Not sure if this is a good deal. There is no acquisition fee either on this. Any comments or opinions on this i would really appreciate it.

Thanks

The fact that you are "under water" on your trade really hurts you big-time, lamstang94. That's forcing you to essentially increase your capital cost for the lease when the best lease negotiation has no down payment, the lowest acquisition cost and a high residual.

685 is a terrible deal IMHO. Negative equity is killing you- extra $100/month for nothing...
