I just purchased my limited two weeks ago with a base price of $39,215 I saw on the lot today they have dropped the price to $38,820. Does anyone know why the base prices on the window stickers are different? Will Chrysler refund the difference back to the ones that over paid?
I think it may be the other way around - my Limited stickered for 39,600(38,820+delivery) with no options beyond the limited package. The same configuration now costs 39,995.
It looks like Jeep raised the starting price somewhere along the way.
Perhaps the one you see was built prior to the price increase. This could probably be verified if you know the VIN coding for build date(?)
I know the base price of Overlands has drifted. Sounds like Limited have as well. Of course, we don't know how that affects what the dealer actually paid, because it could have been compensated by an increase in the holdback.
I believe it has to do with the originals coming through without the 430n, requiring the 730 be included as an option. The new ones coming through have the 430n, with the $395 built into the price.
