Lockpick Nightmare with reseller!!!!!
Just an FYI, I had a nightmare experience with a Costaletch reseller named Autotoys.com. Not sure if anyone has purchased from them before but they have the worst customer service. Hard to believe they have high reviews. I placed an order back on 8/20 via PayPal for a CHR550 as they showed they had them in stock. A week went by and I did not receive a confirmation on shipping so I contacted them via email as they do not provide a phone number on their site. They told me that the CHR550 was on bo and did not know when they would be getting them in. I decided to contact Costaletech to verify if in fact they were bo. They responded stating they were. So I decided to just go with the V5 and notified Autotoys of my changed order as they had the V5 in stock and requested them to refund me the difference in cost. A few days later Autotoys sends me an email notifying me that they are out of stock on the V5 as well and did not know when they were getting them in. Meantime I have not received my refund on the price difference. Again I contacted Costaletech to see if the V5 was on bo and sure enough it is with no ETA. I have no problem waiting but now Autotoys is refusing to refund me the difference between the CHR550 and V5 stating "Well, you may cancel your order and we don't want to do multiple refunds". What????? You got to be kidding, so they hold my money until they ship the cheaper unit and then I might see the difference show up in my paypal account at a later point. At this point I refuse to do any business with them whatsoever and hopefully I will receive a full refund for my purchase. I hope this will help future buyers to not make the same mistake as I did buying from Autotoys.com.
