However I have this odd thought that everyone who drives a nice black car with black interior seems to be the stuckup showoff type. Am I crazy lol?
Are you asking us to decide if you should be stuckup showoffy or crazy?

Yes, you are crazy. Trying to match color selection with what people think of you are is...well...a losing proposition. You can never satisfy everyone.

I was trying to like Billet but came to same conclusion as you did. I chose granite because I love that color after seeing it in person on a 300. Some members here say it is close to Black. But I tell you, under the sun, it is stunning. I am just going to disregard the comments that say Granite is just another shade of Black.

Anyway, nice to have a first world problem, eh? There are starving people....

Yeah I figured I'm probably crazy. I guess I like having the exterior a different color than the interior, but the beige that is offered is just really boring in my opinion. I like the black interior the best. Then when I see the black exterior, it looks awesome too. But together, I just feel like its too much black. Ugh!

The granite I don't think looks black at all -- maybe at night, but that's about it. Actually when I saw it in really bright sun, it almost had a certain brown/bronze tint to it? Did you see that as well?

Rather than describe it, this is as close as I saw it in person: 2013 Chrysler 300 For Sale In Northfield, Illinois | Car For Sale Northfield

We had the same debate. Billet doesn't look so great on cloudy days IMHO ... Almost a hint of purple (but not really). Tried to like Granite and did but the black just looks great in Overland trim. I think we're going with the light beige interior though. I love the look of the wood (glossy), dash, and seats in the black interior but the missus finds it too dark and cavernous overall with black everywhere including the headliner and I'm inclined to agree. If it was just me deciding it'd be black interior still but I agree with her point and we'll go beige. I would like a light gray headliner and then it would be black all the way. Can't wait till the CRD ordering opens!

Re: Looking for pics of the billet and granite

Good find ...too bad the front plate has to be so high ..takes away from the overall look.

Re: Looking for pics of the billet and granite

If I lived in a state that required a front license plate, I'm not sure I would ever be able to ever own a new car.
