You bought your mom a 40k Jeep or you helped her negotiate the price and she paid for it?
There is a big difference between the two.

What color? My girlfriend just bought one and she's had some transmission issues already. It keeps popping into sport shift mode while driving. Something to be aware of

Re: Looking to buy a GC Altitude in a couple days

I'm in the same boat. In the process of buying a 2015 altitude and trading my 2012 Laredo x w/ 61k mi. They wanted to give me 20k for my Laredo but negotiated for 22k. I'm trying to get the price on the new altitude down. Original MSRP is 41680 they want 39500 with out TTL. I still think this is too high even for every bell and whistle in the 2015 altitude. Does any one have any more input on this matter. What do you guys think. Also located in CT and our sales tax is 6.35%

Got the same color. It looks sharp. Those issues appeared about mile 700. It's been on once and they are going to have factory rep show up when we bring it in again

All the information you need can be found here in the previous posts. Just apply it to your situation. Personally I think your price is too high. Also, be sure you're negotiating the price of the vehicle and your trade in value SEPARATELY. The easiest way to lose track of the numbers is to let them group it together. You negotiate down the price of the new jeep first and only that price. Once your happy, then you can talk trade in value

Why does it matter to anyone if he paid for it or his mom did. This is someone you will never meet on this forum and whether he did or not is completely irrelevant. Either way whether you helped negotiate or bought it for her, good for you its a great car I hope you both enjoy.

Why does it matter why I or anyone else thinks it matters?
Why would you need to lie on a forum to a bunch of people you will never meet?
The relevancy is in his credibility. Personally I don't need to waste my time helping someone who needs to lie on a forum to make him/herself feel better.
