You could of course just look at the window sticker when it comes in and before you actuall pay. Also look at your dealers web site after it is built. Mine shows up on my dealers list of inventory just like it was a car he had ordered to sell. You can usually print the window sticker from there.

If you signed a purchase contract, the dealer is bound by the price agreed to on the contract, I think. I can imagine a p!ssing contest, though.

Re: Lower Overland Base price

I have the opposite problem since I paid what my purchase contract said, but the vehicle price changed and they did not adjust or tell me. I think they would have a problem if they refuse to refund it.

It's tough to enforce - a contract is a contract.

However, you'd think the dealership would be willing to work with you if they wanted your business in the future.

Re: Lower Overland Base price

I think in PA that since the contract is negotiated on a disclosed invoice and sticker price that if one changes they would be obligated to pass it along. I bet Chrysler would also strongly frown upon doing this.

Then again, its not like your getting ripped off, they just are making more money then anticipated. Else your contract specifically says 250 over invoice, I dont know how much bearing you'll have trying to get money back, as technically they are selling it for the agreed upon price.

Yup. That's my take, too. It's worth a shot, though.
