I'd hate the bodywork. I know the Italians have a great rep for styling, but the Maseratis in general just look overstyled to me, and this one is no exception. I'm even pretty cool on the newer Ferrari designs (I thought the mid 80s to early 90s Ferraris were some of the best looking cars in the history of ever, but lately they just haven't done it for me).
The issue with the engine is unless it undergoes a miraculous transformation from what it is now, it will simply struggle with the weight of the SUV.... It hardly feels powerful now in a friend's Gran Turismo, whick is over 1,000lbs lighter than the Ku-BANG!
Kubang sounds like Japanese restaurant. Pho Bang is Vietnamese food, yet Fiat owned Maserati unveils Kubang. Could have at least tried Badabang, Fuhgetabang, Bang bang!, Trowherabang, list goes on. Higher the price, the more they'll sell to idiots seeking status at all costs. I see MD wife and yoga paints in Long Island all over this.
I think it looks really nice.. the front grille makes it known.. I drive a Maserati. For a rich person, or persons I think it's a very nice SUV.. would take this any day over a Land Rover!
