Yeah if they don't make u click FL it isn't a quote on FL contract with 1 time transferability on lifetime....fwiw, all other terms r transferable nationally....

Re: Maxcare opinions

Was at the dealership yesterday for an oil change and saw this hanging up... looks like a pretty good deal, especially the unlimited mileage option... Basically gives you 5 years unlimited mileage Maxcare for $895!ImageUploadedByJeepGarage1468938549.424012.jpg

Re: Maxcare opinions

I think chryslerwarrantydirect offers good deals. Here are my options that I'm trying to get. My eyes are on lifetime option but not sure between the packages. MY14 doesn't have too many electronic package, nor Towing Pk, nor air suspension or anything. So looking to get just power train or added care pk.

I'm saying there's always people concerned as to whether they will come out ahead financially.....Spend $2,100 on the warranty and have Jeep cover $2,101+ in repairs under it. I'm saying this isn't likely to be the case but if you want a warranty you shouldn't concern yourself with this aspect, buy it for insurance.

totally legit....many on here have bought from them and several others...I happened to snake a killer deal from my purchasing dealer in Indy as they are a fairly rare one that deals in person....some dealers don't want the volume and opt for higher margin opptys in person but a few dealers are really aggressive online....another CDJR dealer in MI also heavily discounts the official FCA MVP extended service plans:

CR Motor Sales
Chrysler Extended Warranty | Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep extended maintenance plans

also, this WI CDJR dealer also deals them online:

Eau Claire CDJR
Chrysler extended warranty, Mopar Vehicle Protection

so long as you are getting the official FCA MVP extended service plan from an authorized CDJR dealer then it's legit...only FL and NC residents have to buy from in-state dealers (usually at much higher prices) on NC/FL paper contract stock if they want the 1-time transfer for a Lifetime plan...

Re: Maxcare opinions

Here is what it says:

"Non-mechanical benefits like first day rental, rental allowance, roadside assistance, towing allowance and trip interruption benefits expire at 7 years or 100,000 miles, whichever comes first. Lifetime plans cover only for the original owner; they are not transferable unless required by state law."

So, this mean after 7/100k, all non mechanical parts won't be covered? Just stay as power train pk?

Also, no lifetime warranty for second owners?

Kinda, original owners only in the sense of transfer (except FL/NC) but any owner can get a Lifetime the same as any other owner.... vehicle status in factory btb and pt warranty is what drives availability....
