I forgot to mention, the Jeep owners site is a mess right now. A couple of us found the 1 year uConnect Access on our one month old Jeeps had expired this morning.

You got that right. I just signed in and it seems they have redone the website. The mileage they have listed for my Jeep is 15000 more miles then I have. Plus oil changes are missing and my maxicare service contract isn't even listed anymore. Another reason to always keep all your paper work!

I called Mopar and they said I had to contact the finance guy. He said to give it another 2 weeks or so, no more than 30 days, for Chrysler to process the paperwork and update my account.

I know, I am not too happy about that either, but will give him the benefit of the doubt. It's been three days since I got the car and my wave account just got activated today. I'll just keep checking for the next two weeks I suppose lol.

I bought the 8/120 from Ziegler in July, but it still doesn't show up on the site. It hasn't really bothered me since I have all the receipts and paperwork, but it would be nice if it showed up like it was supposed to.

I would think your dealer should be able to tell you if it is in their system when you take your car for service. Looking on my paper work it does say it is an "application" and that you should receive your plan provisions within 30 days and to contact them if you don't.

if it doesn't show there something is amiss and u should call the 800# on that page...

Thanks for the link my contract IS listed there. However, the Mopar site that has my maintenance records shows nothing. (They kindly provide a link to purchase one though)

Under the Care tab go to Mopar Vehicle Protection. There are three blue ovals. The first two should say find a dealer and Learn More. The last one should say See Your Plan.

The whole page looks like a sales pitch, but the last link is where you should be able to find what you are looking for. They didn't want you to find it too easily.

I wouldn't sweat that since they just totally redid the owners site and I hear there are all kinds of disconnects like that.... they'll get there 5hit together soon....your plan ia listed at MVP and that's all that really matters in the end.
