May Lease Rates

Can anyone confirm the May lease rates for the 2014 Limited? Thank you.

Re: May Lease Rates

Any chance anybody has these? I am trying to lay the groundwork on a lease this month and the info is a bit murky - one dealer claims residuals stayed the same and the other claims they went down.

I'd trust the dealer who said they stayed the same. They can't give you a higher residual than what the bank allows, but they can give you a lower one.

Re: May Lease Rates

its the other details that are missing...last month Ally gave pretty aggressive residuals on limited's plus no fees....plus they had a great deal on a 24/10 lease on limited's

Re: May Lease Rates

Dealer #1 A "no dealer fee" dealer

All cars are 4x2 Limited with various options of nav/sunroof/CD player

Deal 1 (April 29, 2013)

MSRP - $38,580
Selling Price - $36,589
Rebate - $1000 (lease conquest)
Month/Miles - 39 @ 12k
Residual - 53%
MF - .00033
Down - $1000
Doc Fee - 75
Monthly Payment - 427.33 (all taxes, fees etc... included)
(Car was at another dealership and lost the car right before we went to pick it up)

Deal 2 (May 8, 2013)

MSRP - $38,775
Selling Price - $36,792
Rebate - $1000 (lease conquest)
Month/Miles - 39 @ 12k
Residual - 51%
MF - .00033
Down - $1000
Acq Fee - 595
Doc Fee - 75
Monthly Payment - 464 (all taxes, fees etc... included)

Dealer #2 A "new" contender

Deal #1 - 5/13/13
MSRP - $37185
Selling Price - $34860
Rebate - $1000 (lease conquest)
Month/Miles - 36 @ 12k
Residual - 55%
MF - .00033
Down - $1500
Acq Fee - $795
Doc Fees - $500
Monthly Payment - $450.62 (all taxes, fees etc... included)

Obviously this dealer is trying to pump up its fees etc...and i still can't make this number come out right in any lease calculator even though they sent me the printscreen from their lease calculator.

Some people are claiming that Chrysler Capital is waiving the acquisition fee this month, but both dealers are including that fee.

Re: May Lease Rates

Those acq fees are high. That's supposed to be a bank charge but they're padding it. Don't let them. The doc fees are what they are but they're also negotiable. Also keep in mind that the first 2 are 39 month leases. With a 12k lease, you're stepping out of the warranty zone in those 3 months. Don't do that. And don't put anything down. Not a penny more than first month and fees if you have to.
