Here are two pictures and notice its tire threads match. Though I'm not 100% certain yet.
Good looking out - these are certainly close, not sure if spot on. I'm really liking this wheel/tire combo and could see this happening once i get my overland!

It could be for a variety of reasons... maybe the color was added to the product plan late, or maybe a supplier of one of the many pre-painted parts was having quality issues (paint matching, paint adhering, etc.).

I'm sure they aren't holding the color back just to annoy the masses.

Have never really been a huge fan of the color. It seems to be one of those colors that needs certain lighting conditions to stand out. I'm looking forward to seeing an actual Mineral Gray WK2 in Mineral Gray. I want to be proven wrong. It sure looks hot in the commercials, but that vehicle they show in the end is CGI, so who knows.

Does anyone out there know for sure if the mineral gray is going to be the same one used on the current ram pickups? I've seen other posts saying that the white gold used on the wk2 is different than the one used on other chrysler vehicles, so i'm thinking there is a chance the mineral gray will be different as well.

If it's the same, then I need to go find out what this color looks like in person because I don't know if I want to wait until Nov for them to start production, which means Dec for delivery.
