Re: Mineral grey

LOVE our MG with Light and Dark Frost Beige Interior!

Just wish it wasn't so "popular" / common:

Re: Mineral grey

Well I open my mouth and look what happens. The Mineral Gray JGC got sold before my dealer could get his hands on it. So, I am down to my third choice vehicle, which is a Bright Silver JGC like the first one they were to get.

I might really have a new one by the weekend. Has only taken two weeks - guess I can't complain. Wife is still waiting on her MINI from Germany.

Not a very common color around here and I see wK2's all day long around here in the Chicago area. I see for sure a lot of white and black ones. After that it's probably a toss up between the rest of them. But I for sure don't see mineral gray all the time.

Re: Mineral grey

MG is becoming almost as common as black is around here. I like the new Bright White too.

MG with the beige leather and piping is my favorite combo...don't see many around here either.

Re: Mineral grey

The mineral grey seems to have a slight tan tint to in the bright sunlight but it is quite dark in dim light. It is a very nice color.

Re: Mineral grey

MG was my first choice as well and I am very happy with it. I wish they had one in my area with frost beige interior, that looks amazing. I agree with the peeps that said the chrome matches it nicely. I have seen a few altitudes in its color and they look great, but just not for me.

But I have a question for you MG owners. My MG in certain lighting (I think it's bright sunlight) looks a little splotchy. I have seen quite a few others in this area with the same splotchy-ness. It's not very noticeable and when I try to point it out to people, they don't see it. I have great eyesight so I don't think it's my eyes playing tricks on me. So have any of you noticed that on your MG rides?

Either way, I still love the color and man, those sadle ints look great too!!

edit: I'll start my own thread. I don't want to derail.
