Mirror Control backlighting

Hey everyone,

We just purchased a 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland 3.6L Natural green with light/dark frost biege interior and 730N. Picking it up next monday and trading in my much beloved BMW 3 series.

I noticed when doing our final deciding test drive the mirror control button with arrows was not back lighted, the L and R buttons light up when pressed. Is that switch suppose to light up? Also are the backdoor window switches suppose to light as well because they were not on this jeep. The build date was 11/10. Thank you!

Still deciding on chrome fog light bezels, installing tow hooks, and a rubber cargo mat.

I don't have one yet but I'm pretty sure the rear window switches should be lit (however, the rear interior door handles/map pockets are not lit like the front doors).

As far as window switches, I'm too sure about that.

This is how my driver's door mirror switches light up also. The mirror direction controller stays unlit. The L and R light only when pressed.

The window switches in the back seat are illuminated (the switches, not the pockets at the the door handles). Build date Nov. 19.
