Missing part?

Anyone else have a empty space in the jack holder that sits in the spare tire? It's the area just below where the emergency funnel sits as seen here:

Looks like something should go there for sure.

Thanks for the confirmation! I found a pic in the manual showing the emergency funnel and the space was empty in that shot as well. I have new car anxiety!

Its for the factory hitch should yours have come with the towing package.

I've had 6 or 7 SUVs with factory hitches, foreign and domestic, and never got the ball mount. A couple of them did have a place for it.

The factory tow package only comes with the mounted receiver. You'd have to buy the hitch and ball as a Mopar accessory, or aftermarket.

That's what I thought as they wouldn't know what height or ball size you would be needing. But if I'm understanding this, that area in the spare tire bin is were you could keep it?
